Q. Is Glass Tile easy to clean?
A. Absolutely! Glass Tile should be cleaned using a regular (non-abrasive) household glass cleanser. A light touch and a damp cloth is all you need!
Q. How long does glass tile last?
A. Glass tile is a very durable material with few limitations as far as wear. With regular cleaning, your glass tile can last as long as your entire property.
Q. Where is glass tile most commonly installed?
A. Glass tile is renowned for its versatility. Because it is impervious to the effects of moisture, glass tile is a popular addition to bathroom areas and spa locations in commercial settings as well as residential ones. Glass tile can be used as a wall tile to cover surfaces entirely, or as flourishes and trim pieces. They can be used for shower stall floors, and as creative centerpieces to a room in the form of murals or as unique layouts that mix colored glass tiles in a mosaic pattern. They can also be used in outdoor settings, like in pools or courtyards, and even as mosaic patterns on external walls.

Q.  What type of Payments do you accept?
A.    We accept Visa, MasterCard,cashier's checks or money orders and wire transfers
Q.  Does Exotic Sun Trading ship to residences? How does that work?
A. Yes. A residential delivery is considered completed once the product is placed on the driveway. Some products require a vehicle with a lift-gate,depending      on weight. The pallets would be lowered to the ground and pulled onto your driveway with a pallet-jack. Tile is very heavy and will require proper              equipment or labour to accept goods on delivery. Tile is bubble wrapped an palletize.The average box is 35lbs. So you need to properly prepared for your delivery ?
 
Q.  How do I obtain samples?
A.  For samples we only charge for the courier cost of the samples which can be ordered Fedex ground or Fedex Expedited.  The rate will be calculated based on  your address and the number of samples you order.  Samples can be ordered online or over the phone at 1-866-758-9023 .
 
  Q. How and what do  I recieve  when I order samples ?
  A. You will get 1/4 of a square foot of each tile  sample unless you request more. Samples are shipped once a week so approx delivery time is 7 to 10days based on when you order. 
 
Q.  How much are samples?
A.  Samples are 10.00 each shipping is included. Samples are 1/4 sheet 
 
Q. How is Tile shipped?
a.  Mosaic tile  ,Glass tile  and steel tile is generally shipped  10 to 12 sq ft per box.It is bubble wrapped and palltized if needed. Orders  will be confirmed prior to shipping
 
Q.  How big is a sample size? 
A.Typical sample size is 1/4  to 1/8 of a sq ft on all tile and trim pieces.

Q.  How much should I order?
A. What ever project your doing you,It is good advice to order aleast 10% more than what you need.Due to breakage and installtion variations.     
 
Q.  Does Exotic Sun Trading ship Globally?
A.YES,We ship container orders 5000 SQ FT up to 10000 SQ FT .Contact a Exotic Sun Trading sales rep for more information 

Q.  Can you give me an exact arrival time for my contanier order?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot offer guarantees on container shipment timelines. At this time, most containers take 6-8 weeks from time payment is received. There is a chance that it may take longer because of factors beyond our control. For example, security measures undertaken by U.S. Customs and Border Protection could possibly delay shipment.

Q.  Does Exotic Sun Trading install products or refer customers to installers?
A.Exotic Sun Trading is not an installer, nor does Exotic Sun Trading refer or advocate any specific installation firms or individual installers.   
       
Q. Can I return merchandise?
A. Yes,Please see return policy                       

Q.  How much should I allow for breakage/damage? (large container orders,  5,000 Sq Ft or more) 
A.  It is reasonable to expect anywhere from 2%-10% breakage or damage, depending on the product. If breakage is above 10%, we would ask you to have it noted        on the receiving invoice and take pictures.Please contact us with in 7 days to make a claim     

Q.    What if I have Defective or Damaged Materials
A.   If a product is defective or damaged you must notify us within 3 business days, We will ship another at our own expense upon return of the defective      item's. Prior to shipping back any product ,We must be contacted,photos and noted on delivery slip of damage    either by E-mail or phone at 903-497-6870   to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number.
