If you have the unenviable task of organising a stag do for your best mate in London, you had better pay attention! There are plenty of pit falls to be avoided if you want to have a great time!

This is fine, but you have to make sure that the hotel in question is close to the action. You don’t want to sacrifice location for price, otherwise you will be spending most of time travelling, instead of drinking! I would recommend finding something within a couple of miles of the West End. This way there is always going to be somewhere for you to go no matter what you want to do.
Another piece of advice is to stick to establishments that are in the most public areas. Anything in the West End is fine. If you start wandering out of the built up areas, you will probably find yourself in a pub which is frequented mostly by local regulars looking for a quiet drink, and they might not take too kindly to a group of rowdy lads taking over their pub.
